What's for dinner?
I had a huge ear of corn, oven fried chicken and a couple of small rolls. I found diet Dr. Pepper (Wal-Mart brand) that's got no calories, no fat, no sugar?! Having fruit for dessert later; either watermelon or strawberries. Feeling pretty good about it. Tasty but healthy meal! What did all of you eat today that made you feel satisfied?
