Horizontal line in HPT

I'm 2 days from AF. This morning I got 2 lines but the test window was horizontal. It stayed for awhile then disappeared. I called the company wondering if the horizontal line counts or if it means a negative. She said if there's 2 lines, regardless of what of direction, it's detecting pregnancy hormones. Any thoughts? Had this happened to anybody else?
