PROGESTERONE anyone?

My doctor put me on progesterone. I had 2 miscarriages & this was the next step. I was supposed to start 14 DPO and he said keep with it until I get my period. Problem is AF is now 3 days late I've tested all 4 days and all BFN.... Read online progesterone can delay your period! Does anyone know What is going on? I called my doctor today but the office closed early ugh I'm frustrated and just want to quit. I'm sick of it
