I need advice bad.

I am having really bad cramps, they feel like contractions and my stomach feels very tight. This is my fertile week, I'm on my last day and have been trying to conceive most of this week. I am scared because this pain is almost unbearable, I don't know what is going on. Could someone please help me out on what it could be? Has this happened to anyone else that is trying to conceive?
