Family doesn't approve or like my boyfriend!

Me and my current boyfriend have been on and off for the past 5 years. We have had our bad times and we have had our good times, he hasn't always been the best man to me and I the best wan to him, but we have worked through our differences and we know we love each other and our getting better everyday! We have decided we want to have a child. My second his first, but my family hates him. My mother doesn't care to even speak to him, my sister hates him because of an argument she witnessed between he and I that got heated where we both said some pretty bad things. My older brother is ok with my boyfriend, it's just my mom and sister. I don't know what to do because when it does happen and I am pregnant, I know they aren't going to be happy to know it's by my boyfriend. I love my mother and respect her with my all, my sister is my best friend. I wish sometimes they would stop trying to pick who they want for me and let me be happy with my choice. Anyone else going through family issues and them not liking your SO???
