What does it mean to you?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years and within the last 6-8 months he keeps makibg comments. Like when were done dtd he always says i bet thats the one thats going to get you pregnant but yet swears he isnt ready for kids yet. Am i over thinking or does it sound to you like he really is but just keeps saying he isnt? Its really confusing. What is yalls take on this one??? As many outside points of view as possible please. Thanks in advance for taking time to read and respond

Men are never "ready" to become parents. The saying goes "a woman becomes a mother when she gets pregnant. A man becomes a father when he holds his child for the first time" it's a scary thing. It changes your life forever. My husband did the exact same thing. Now he's a great father. He loves his son more than anything. But he did go through some anxiety about the whole situation 😅

Let him know how you feel and ask him.  Funny thing was my baby daddy said for his birthday he wished for another kid, the day after his birthday I told him I was pregnant.  He says it gets scary to think about, but he is calm and excited most of the time.  He said it helps that I am that way as well.

I think he's being "silly" and saying his "swimmers" are so good he's gonna get you preggo, or he's somehow using it as a reference to how good the sex was.. I don't know, you know how guys are all weird and funny lol.. But the way I see it is he's probably not ready for kids, but would welcome one if you did end up preggo. Communication is key.. Ask him what the f he means!!
