Weird OPKs?!

I feel like my OPKs this month are so weird! Usually they build up for a couple days and as soon as I get a positive they turn negative again. I feel like this month I am never going to ovulate! Plus I had one weird almost positive (or was it positive?) test on cycle day 11. Last month we had a chemical pregnancy. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas? Did I miss it? Is it still coming? Maybe I won't ovulate at a this cycle? Ugh.....
