Spitting cycle day 18?

I have two apps one tells me I ovulated this last week and the other tells me my first day is today for being fertile! I started spotting today and don't know if it's normal... Implantation bleeding or too soon? Bleeding during ovulation? One app has me on a 28 day cycle and the other closer to a 6 week cycle (first month off the pill and it took 6 weeks for my first period to come but I have the other tracking 28 day cycle because that's what I always was before... Pill or not).
