As I mentioned in previous posts we've been struggling with sleep at night lately. We determined that part of the problem is that they're trying to break out of their swaddles but when they do, their startle reflex is still too strong so they wake themselves up. So it's time to transition out of the swaddle! I had read about the Merlin sleep suits on a few sleep blogs, so I ordered two of them. Can I just say it's worth it just to see them in them? They look like baby astronauts. The first night, we suited them up and they fell asleep great! We had to keep ourselves from going back in just to look at them- it's so funny!  We've been using them for the last few days and I do think they're starting to sleep better!  They're definitely not sleeping worse, which was my fear in transitioning out of the swaddle. I'll add a photo of Audri once I get one :)
