Couldn't have been too early😐??

So I'm supposed to get my period on The seventh I took a first response pregnancy test the one that supposedly gives you results a week before your miss period and it was negative my breast have been tender on and off nothing consistent I have been having some cramping just between my bellybutton and my vagina when I get my flow I usually do not cramp could this possibly be implantation ????
