I switched to half caff and cut it down to 1 six ounce cup a day. It's supposed to be okay to have 1-2 regular cups but I'd rather not be at the limit. I used to do 1 ten ounce cup.

I would drink like 3-4 tim Hortons coffee a day so I think if I limit to myself just one a day until I get used to it should be okay ? !

I've cut back to one cup in the morning after I got my bfp. But I was able to cut it out completely with my first. Maybe I'll switch to half calf this week.

Espresso actually has less caffeine than coffee. i love my kookabura drink which I do half caff so its only 65mg caffeine with milk honey and cinnamon. Its the best drink ever

I actually weaned myself off of caffeine when I first started TTC... I would get headaches every afternoon if I didn't have more caffeine than my coffee in the morning so I decided to cut it out altogether!
