Gifts for midwives, doula and support team?

We had a very long labor and I am so thankful for everyone's encouragement and support. I would love to thank them with a gift or tip. Any ideas?

Answer

I second flowers. I wouldn't want to gift something they don't want or wouldn't use. Then they could put the flowers in the office where all their patients can see them, and say, "a recent patient just sent us those". Then everyone will know how much you really appreciated them.
