Changing doctors at 32 weeks.

I asked about this last night and so I called the doctor in a neighboring town and they said me switching at 32 weeks would be fine.

Has anyone had experience switching doctors so late in the game?

I just can't handle having to drive an hour and a half for a five minute appointment, not to mention if something goes wrong and I need to go to labor and delivery.

I just moved last month and I love my old doctor so I don't want to change. But driving so far for appointments is killer. I can't even imagine How labor will be.

Any advice would be loved.
