I feel like a pregnancy virgin..

I literally feel like I'm a virgin when it comes to this pregnancy. I had my son in 2010 when I was 18 but I literally had no pregnancy symptoms. Never had morning sickness, swollen anything, heartburn, spotting, food issues..nothing! I literally just gained weight and that was it. So when it comes to me being pregnant now, wow. I don't even know what to do and think half the time. I'm 9 weeks + 2 days and so far, I've thrown up twice, felt nauseous, dizzy, had headaches, hunger pains, trouble sleeping, bloating, I've cried for no reason, spotted after sex, my boobs are really sore at times and now my nipples have started itching and I noticed my areola are a bit darker and bigger. This is crazy.
