HPV and fertility

I tested positive for hpv and my colposcopy showed precancerous changes. My doctor sent me a letter in the mail and I went and had my colposcopy done. I'm guessing it was still abnormal but not to the point that they had to do anything and was told to come back in 6 months. Well 6 months ago I wasn't trying to conceive now that I am and have been for about 2 months I'm wondering if it will interfere with me getting pregnant. Any advice?? Or suggestions I also have an appointment with my doctor coming up so I will be asking him I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone else has been through this and what to expect. Also I just received a letter stating my Pap test showed cancerous changes instead of precancerous is that a step above precancerous or what?
