BBT & CM??

After some tips on how to chart/record bbt & cm. Never really taken much notice of it all but after 6 months of trying with no BFP,  I'm willing to start. Please help.

Have a thermometer beside your bed and take your temperature first thing in the morning and plug the number into your app; supposedly your temperature will spike on the day your ovulating. I've just started doing this as checking my cm was confusing and didn't help me personally- but when you do make sure your hands are clean to avoid risk of infection

I just start reading "Taking charge of your fertility". It explains charting your temps and cervical fluids, plus other things. It's really easy to understand too.
