Possible STD?

So this weekend, my boyfee and I were made things interesting in the bedroom. He was undressing and happened to notice little "skin tag" like patches on his ball sack. 
He freaked out and didn't know what it was. Now, I know what you guys are going to say, he cheated. He got it from some other woman... No. He didn't cheat. He's an honest good man. And if he did chest, he'd be honest enough to tell me straight to my face. 
Anyways, we examined it closely and then googled. It doesn't look like genti warts but it COULD be. I don't have it and I'm clean BUT I do have a skin tag on the back of my leg that I've cut while shaving. Are skin tags easily transferable from people to people? He thinks be way have accidentally used my razor to clean up and shave his guy bits.

Anyone else out there have any similar stories or situation?

Skin tags are not contagious but can occur anywhere on the skin. It's a build up of extra skin cells. Have him get checked before y'all have sex again.

No they arent. He needs to get checked and so do you. Just because you dont show symptoms doesnt mean you dont have it. My best friend got herpes from a guy she was with before her now husband. Showed no symptoms for over a year and gave it to her husband. He got the symptoms and got tested when the results came back she went and got tested and found out she had it too. He got tested before having sex with her and she took him because he couldnt drive(epilepsy) so they know she was the one that had it. I highly suggest to everyone having sex that getting tested regardless of using condoms is a good thing. People lie and cheat regardless of being married or long time relationships. I get tested often and have been with my fiance for 5 years. I have my annual check ups and get tested for stds then and then do another 2 times during the year. No one looks after your health but you. My best friend has herpes and my cousin has aids and my other cousin has gotten chlamydia. Your health is not something to take lightly. If you one of the unlucky ones it will cost you if you do.

I'd have him get checked to be sure. Maybe if u used ur razor it could be to dull? When my razor gets dull i got blotches on my leg the other day.
