Breast engorgement in third trimester?
This is my second baby. My first has been weened for nearly 2 years now. I started leaking colostrum at about 26 weeks, I've had preterm labor several times. Now at 33 weeks, my breasts feel completely engorged. Can my milk come in before the baby is born? Has anyone had this happen? Could this mean baby isn't going to hold off much longer?
