Twins maybe?

My hcg is off the charts. I've had 2 ultrasounds and both times They have said maybe 2. At 7 weeks 5 days the heart beat they found was 133 and the one they found at 10 weeks 3 days was 174. Also the baby was only measuring 9 weeks 1 day. Doctor says we won't know for sure maybe until 20 weeks.
