Has anyone ever had severe diarrhea nausea the very beginning of her pregnancy? What I mean severe diarrhea I mean it's like water nothing solid. My problem is I have another week before I can even test for a positive result or not. My other problem is that first but I had stomach flu really bad so I was taking Pepto-Bismol to help calm the nausea and diarrhea. So if I am pregnant how bad does Pepto-Bismol affect the baby will it hurt it? If I am pregnant this will be my rainbow baby and I'm a little scared that I might have unknowingly hurt this one if I am pregnant.
