Bad headaches :(

Caroline • I'm 30 years old and my husband is 32. We just got married in June and are pregnant with our first baby due in April!
I'm only 4 weeks along and have an awful headache on one side over my eye. Has anyone else experienced bad headaches like this during pregnancy? Any safe natural remedies? I know I could take Tylenol but I really don't want to... Please help!!
