I didn't add Aubrey because we want to shorten it to Bree/Brie and Brey seems like it would sound like Bray.

I like the spelling Aubrey best but I voted for Aubree, I think the nn could be the same regardless of spelling imo, but I love the name!

I like Aubrey best too - I hate misspelled names. If it has to be one of others go with Aubree but even if it is Aubrey you can spell the nickname bree. Not all nicknames are just shortened names spelt the same.
