Same name dilemma!

So I'm having a baby boy in about 6 weeks, and stressing over names. My hubby and I really liked Luca, and we were calling our baby that (in private since we weren't 100% and also wanted to keep it a secret) but now we aren't sure if we can use it because my cousin had a baby about a month ago and named him Lucas. So is it wrong to have second-cousins named Lucas and Luca?? They might not see each other a lot growing up, but we live in the same town and our family still gets together regularly now so I wonder if it would be too weird and will everyone question us on why we chose a name so similar?? Help please!! I've been searching French/Italian names ENDLESSLY to find something else but I'm getting a little discouraged.
