TTC after chemical pregnancy/miscarriage

I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage the first month we were trying. It happened at 6 weeks and thankfully, no need for a DNC. We were advised to wait a month to get a "regular" period and then we could try again. We waited our month, started trying and AF arrived right on schedule so I wasn't pregnant. Any advice on how not to stress about getting pregnant?
