OUCH!!!!

Okay I need you personal opinion.

A few weeks I being to feel pains on the right side of my butt cheek I didn't pay any mind to it because figured it would go away. A few days later a big painful red bump appeared and it's getting worse by the minute. So I begin to keep an eye on the bump and now it's really hard, swollen, with stretch marks on it(that's from what I can tell) it has become very painful to sit, sleep, walk, or even work. Does any one have a clue what this could possibly be? And if so are there any home remedies to get rid of this painful bump, or is this something the doctors should take care of?
