Taking narcotic medication and having sex

I'm on a medication called tramedol. It is a narcotic and I've been taking it for almost 6 months before I was taking norco 10mg, I have endometriosis and take it for pain daily I also get really bad migraines. My boyfriend takes narcotic too he has a bad back and a hernia, we have sex. Recently on Tuesday, am I doing anything to harm my baby if I do have one? Since it was in Tuesday when we had sex when should I check? He pulled out but as he was pulling out he came in me. What do u guys think?
