Sore breasts with bumps on outside of nipple??

I'm waiting this full month to see if I start my period, but yesterday my boobs started to feel a little sore. Not too bad. Last night my back was killing me, which lead a sharp pain into my right hip. Then this morning I woke up, & my breasts are pretty sore ( I can't really touch them without it feeling super sore), also, on the outside of my nipple, there's little bumps. I also feel like I've gained weight but I've been to busy cleaning our house to really weigh myself or to think about it. I've had a lot of gas too! Not much frequent urination, but sometimes on certain days it does happen. I've looked up pregnancy symptoms, & those are the only things I've really had that go along with what was said. I haven't noticed my nipples turning into a darker color, but I also heard that doesn't necessarily happen to everybody. 

If anyone has any tips on if I should wait this month to take a test, or anything helpful at all, that would be awesome. 

Also, please don't make rude comments.. My boyfriend & I just don't use any other type of method because we believe that if a baby is meant to come along, it'll happen. We both have jobs & the means to take care of a child. We're not "trying" but we're not preventing it either.
