Help please????

My friend was dating her cousin for a few months and having unprotected and taking drugs etc. 

Every few weeks all i heard was, "i think im pregnant". Obviously well aware of the consequences. She fell pregnant there and is around 7/8 weeks and keeps saying how she wishes she would see blood in her underpants and she wants to get it out or use a "hanger". She really wont shut it about how her baby needs to die because her mum and dad will fall out with her. Is it any f##king wonder!!! Im over here ttc and on clomid trying so hard tracking everything, engaged to be married living with my SO, have 2 furbabies and trying so damn hard for the most precious gift God can possibly give and she is telling me ways she wants to kill it and worst about it is, she already has a 3 year old son. How can she be so insensitive. Am i right to feel hurt and pain in my heart? 😞 i just dont know what words to use to even reply. What would you say to her if you were in my position?!😰
