We have been trying for 3 months

We have been trying for 3 months. We have a 13 month old. I developed postpartum hypothyroidism after giving birth to our baby boy. We also have been on the move for the last 3 months and traveled trough 23 states including Hawaii due to the Army. The last time we found out we were pregnant we had just moved into our new home. I signed our lease today and guess what???
