What's a good/safe face wash to use during pregnancy that will help fight acne?

I've had acne for 11 years and while it's gotten very minor in the last few years I still have it. I just ran out of my current organic face wash but I didn't really like it that much and I want to try something new that's safe for pregnancy but will also be good at fighting acne. I have combination skin (gets very oily throughout the day but can also get dried out easily). Thank so much in advance!!
