26 had emergency hysterectomy
Last month I found out my baby stopped growing. We agreed on a Csection. "Get her out and feed her!"
Well at 37 weeks she came out at 4lbs with no big issues! Which I am so thankful for.
During my csection my placenta wouldn't come out. Doc found that it had grown in to my uterus muscles.... Followed by a mass amount of bleeding. Meaning i had to loose my uterus.
It's been about 2 weeks, and I am just now processing. Everyone who knows keeps saying, " your lucky no more periods." I wasn't planning on. More children but it's still hard to believe I don't get the choice. I keep thinking how I am less of a woman now. 26 years old and I don't know how I should feel.
My baby is healthy, I am recovering physically and I feel like a baby for being sad about it..... Is there anyone who's gone through this?!?!?
