Boob pimples

Rebecca • Married to my high school sweetheart. Currently have 2 children Xavier Cole and Mariah Nicole.
Am I the only one who gets pimple like bumps between my boobs? I only get them in the summer. They make me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. If anyone else gets them what do you do to help get rid of them or prevent them?
