I'm just gonna say it...
I hate exercising. There. I said it. But I need to - any fun recommendations? I live in Texas so walking is kind of heinous in 105 degrees (and boring), prenatal yoga is nowhere near me/only available when I'm working, and I'm too nervous to fall off my bike because I'm a putz. What to do? Anyone do barre or regular yoga? Dance? Help 😕😟😫
