35 weeks and this happens...

35 weeks today and my midwife puts me on light duty. States the baby is too low and too engaged for it being this early. I'm a full time ortho nurse and workout 3x a week. I'm honestly devastated. I tried to do everything right during this pregnancy and I feel really disappointed in myself for working too hard. Anyone else have this happen? I don't want to go into preterm labor....
