Mucous plug

I'm not sure how to write this without grossing some people out but I'm hoping some of you can relate. Being in my third trimester I've been told you have more moisture than usual. Having said that when I went to the bathroom last night there was a mucous plug with no blood and no cramping. I immediately called my doctor and he said not to worry. Bing that this is my first pregnancy I can't help but to worry!!! I'm only 33 weeks and cannot imagine having my baby girl this early.
