Yeast Infection?

I've had a yeast infection once before, and I'm starting to feel kinda itchy and my discharge is creamy and kind of clumpy. (My normal discharge is creamy). I'm on my most fertile day today, and I feel kind of sore down there. I last had sex with my SO on Sunday. Any tips on getting rid of it early before it gets worse?
