Going through my third miscarriage right now. I thought I was 10w and it looks like baby passed at 6w. At my first prenatal (5w) I told my doctor how nervous I was and asked for a progesterone test and even an early scan to monitor things considering I'd already lost 2 babies. He refused both saying they don't test anything until 3 consecutive losses.

I'm livid because what if my hormones were the reason and a simple blood test and pill could have saved my baby!!

My question: what's your doctor's protocol when it comes to repeat misscarriage? How do they handle new pregnancies?

I've had 3 mc and 1 healthy 3yr old daughter and this has been my doctor the whole time.

Please what are your experiences? I just feel like my pain is "meh" to him now.
