TTC.. but Idk what's going on?

Hi ladies.. my husband and I been ttc for about more than three years.

My last period was in July 8th. I am now 11 days late with negative pregnancy tests and today I thought I was going to start my period because when I wiped it was a pink color on the toilet paper. I used the restroom about an hour later and nothing and nothing on my pad either. So I don't really know what's going on. I have my hopes high on being pregnant. But if anyone knows what it could be please help me out or should I go see my Doctor.
