Spotting

I'm 12 days DPO tomorrow. AF due in 1-2 days and me and my hubby just had sex and now I'm spotting very very light pink. And I've been having mild cramping the past day and my right ovary is cramping for the past few hours. Is this implantation or what. I never spot before my period.
