Hey i need advice

OK so I had my period in June. In July my period was 1 week and 6 days late then I stated spotting it was light pink then it would get a little darker then stop and nothing. Then it started again light pink then stop I did have one clot and that was it. Nothing else happened and it lasted for 2 days. Now I'm cramping my back is killing me I feel sick when I lay on my belly what y'all think I see the doctor in 2 weeks. We are TTC #4.
