Pregnant at 20 do not know what to do.. Help!

So I just found out I was pregnant yesterday. I'm so young to have a child, I can't even take of my own self, I told the guy who got me pregnant and he is insisting on abortion.. He already made an appointment for me. I don't think I can go though with this because he/she is so little and it's wrong. I can't take life from someone who is so little. I go back to the scriptures and it says Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you... –Jeremiah 1:5.  This verse is getting to me. GOD already knows my child before I do. So I how can I go along with abortion I'm not for it. I just need some advice. Thank you.
