Prenatal Vitamins ?

So I guess I'm guna start taking Prenatal Vitamins to help with the whole TTC process. What's your guys' opinions on that? And which ones shud I get?!?

They don't help with trying to get pregnant, but are a definite must when TTC. Good luck!

I took them before I got pregnant. The doctor thought it was a good idea to have the folic acid built up in your system because brain development starts very early. Make sure it has enough folic acid (some have lower amounts) and I've seen a lot of articles now saying you need DHA, but they don't all have it. Also, some people like the gummies because they are easier on your stomach.

They don't make u any more fertile or increase the chances of getting pregnant but they are good for u to take especially when pregnant.

I took the spring valley kind. U can get a big bottle of it at walmart or walgreens. And my baby is almost 3 months. I still take them because I'm breastfeeding.

I take vita fusion gummies,  i hate to swallow pills, thats why i prefer them.
