Ovulation Kit question??

Hi there!  I'm new to TTC after having 2 failed pregnancies.  I just purchased an ovulation predictor kit with 7 tests and I'm not sure what time of day is best to test.  The pamphlet says anytime of day is fine, but I wanted to know if anyone had additional information since this is my first time using these.  Thanks!

Between the hours of 10am and 8pm... prime time is between 2 and 230.
During your fertile window it is best to test 2 times a day so you don't miss your window.

I usually do one with fmu and then another in the late afternoon

I've heard around 2. Not sure in this.  I get the opk (clearblue digital) when I take it with fmu.
