BFN but late period

I am usually pretty regular with my periods and have been using Glow the last few months to track ovulation and periods. I am about 6 days late now and took 2 pregnancy tests but both were negative. A few days ago I had some very minor bleeding for about 2 days, not even enough to use a tampon. Then it stopped. I feel a little crampy like I could start soon but I haven't. Probably should go to the dr and get a blood test but don't want to be disappointed if it comes back negative. Anyone else experience something similar?
