12 week Dr Visit

Today I got to hear my baby's heartbeat.   It was great. 😍  I had a wonderful appointment, until.. Well I'll start by saying i normally don't get upset so easily- i work in a warehouse where it gets very hot and humid. No AC. I have had to go home early several days BC of the heat/nausea- so at my visit today I asked for a doc note to excuse me for work when I'm feeling sick in the heat. He looked at me like I was crazy and then when he went back into the hall to tell the nurse to write me an excuse- I could hear them making fun of me and laughing like it was the most rediculous thing they've ever heard. Would you guys be upset? I'm not sure if I should try and find another doctor or get over it.
