What's wrong.?

I've been overly exhausted lately, and my last "period" (you probably couldn't even call it that) was extremely light, and lately I've been having a light brown discharge and it's very stringy like. Also my urine has been a darkish pink/red color. I'm really starting to wonder what's going on..
