Question n help me

Is anyone experienced bleeding n cramping on first week of pregnancy. My expected period should be on August 15th but on August 10th I felt that I am on period n felt cramping n next day I saw spotting with pink color n it is two days that I had cramping n spotting. I don't know whether I am pregnant or not. Is it early sign of pregnancy? Plzzzzzzz help me if anyone knows something advice me!! I really need your helps!!!
