So sorry about the tmi but im terrified!

OK so I've noticed these bumps on my vagina lip close to my hole and they are always there but they are itchy only on occasion. They do not hurt and they have nothing in them no puss or anything. I'm hoping to god they are just ingrown hairs but I'm terrified it may be more serious does anyone know what they could be I'm making an apt for next week. But super scared!
