Ttc for 4 months

So my husband and I are ttc it'll be my  4 but he has none. I got pregnant in May but we lost the baby at 8 weeks. I wound up having two d&cs within 9 days. It really affected me cuz I wanted this really bad. Well about a week or so ago we started actively trying again and now this week I've been bleeding some off and on but not heavy. I'm not sure if it's a period or implantation bleeding and I'm afraid to take a test because I don't wanna get my hopes up.
