miscarriage fears :( any advice or experiences?

I'm 6 weeks 4 days, I've had mild cramping all this time until 4 days ago. it's really scaring me that I don't have any pregnancy symptoms  (nausea, vomiting, etc) and found out that supposedly clomid is linked to miscarriages ( took clomid and got pregnant on first treatment) I'm just so scared

I got pregnant on clomid as well. I am also 6w4d! I had a chemical pregnancy almost 4 years ago. I wouldn't stress...miscarriage is rarely because you did something wrong but more something just didn't fit right that time. I know it might sound horrible, but if it's going to happen, it will. There is no point to worry. Just enjoy this time!!! My in laws spent most of the time after we told them telling us how scary this time is and to be careful...etc. it frustrates me because I'm not stupid, I know the risks. But I don't want to focus on them. After years of TTC and it finally happening, I want to enjoy the experience and deal with something bad (if it happens) at that time.
